Commissioning
At DE Group, we have extensive experience in commissioning a wide range of MEP systems in commercial buildings.
We offer comprehensive building commissioning (Cx) services for projects of various sizes and types. Our expertise includes commissioning mechanical systems such as chiller plants, AHUs, VAVs, heating and ventilation units, chillers, heat exchangers, and pumps. Additionally, we create test scripts and reports to ensure optimal system performance.
We also provide valuable recommendations to improve and enhance all aspects of your commissioning needs.
CFD Analysis
At DE Group, we use Cadence Data Center Design to create CFD models tailored to our clients' data center needs.
Our process begins with a comprehensive survey of the existing white space, gathering relevant client documents (including architectural, mechanical, and electrical plans), and offering recommendations on how to best orient the new cabinet layout.
The modeling covers all CRAH and CRAC units, existing facility obstructions, PDUs, chilled water pipe layout, future cabinet layout, floor tile arrangement, cold-aisle containment, bus ducts, and ladder rack layout.
We also have extensive experience with IRC strategies, including hot and cold-aisle containment.
